1. Publishers, resellers

2. Individual writers, poets, 'story tellers', 'voices' etc, can either:

Email an audio file in Real Audio, Windows Media or MP3 format (limit one per month) it must not be longer than 5 minutes. You should include in the email up to 30 words about yourself or the work and contact details such as a website where people can buy or find out about your work. Send ONE file at a time attached to an email to submissions@hearthebook.com

If you cannot record in Real Audio or MP3 you can send a cassette tape, minidisc or audio CD. In this case the maximum length of recording is 10 minutes, you can send as many audio 'works' as you want. There may be a small charge to cover our costs in converting the audio at a later date but at present this service is FREE.

PLEASE INCLUDE CONTACT DETAILS WITH ANY WORK SUBMITTED OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT.

If you are unable to make your own recording we can almost certainly make a recording for you. There is a fee for this service that reflects professional broadcast quality recording.
